Overview

As marketers, our “business” is growth.

We love helping our clients succeed. Whether it’s raising brand awareness, increasing market share, or successfully launching a new program or service, growth is essential to the life of most schools and nonprofits. It’s also a critical component in turnaround situations and we’ve helped more than just a few clients address issues related to perception, visibility, and ongoing revenue declines.

So what’s unique about us? Well first of all, we’re optimistic. It’s an enthusiasm to help others succeed and the confidence to know how. Secondly, we attack near-term objectives with a perspective on long-term growth. That’s why we believe in building brands, stewarding budgets, and developing key metrics. And customer service? Well, that too is just a part of our DNA. A few other things you might want to know:

  • We’re flexible. We can plan, develop, and execute marketing projects utilizing your staff, freelancers, contractors, or a blend of both.
  • We stay on budget.
  • Our clients like working with us (ask them!)
  • We don’t shy away from numbers. We utilize data to build better websites, better campaigns, and better ROI.

What are we most proud of? Consistently helping our clients to achieve their objectives.

Bruce Snyder

Principal & Senior Consultant

Bruce began his career in advertising, working for two of the nation’s top agencies in traditional and digital advertising.  He worked with a wide range of clients including Verizon, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Omni Hotels, Motel 6, and others in banking, insurance, energy, technology, and higher education. He’s also led the marketing efforts for several universities at a VP-level, crafting strategy and building the marketing infrastructures needed to compete more effectively.

“To excel in marketing, you have to be a continuous learner and one of my favorite parts of consulting is helping clients leverage current best practices and trends – and avoiding fads that are ineffective and often costly.”

Being a student of marketing also makes for good teaching.  Over the years, Bruce has taught MBA-level courses for several universities in the areas of marketing, advertising, and business communications.  As a part-time lecturer for seven years with Clemson University, he taught MBA courses in digital strategy as well as marketing analytics.

He has also presented at national marketing conferences including the American Marketing Association (AMA) Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Ed, NAGAP (The Association for Graduate Enrollment Management) and the AMA Nonprofit Marketing Conference. While living in Virginia, he volunteered with the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and provided training to small businesses in various areas of marketing.
